Colin Windom, DDS

graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regis University with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, and went on to graduate from University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. He has received implant training at the Whitecapp Institute. Dr. Windom has also graduated with honors from a two year academic and clinical program of Progressive Orthodontic Seminars.
Outside of the Office
Colin and his wife Chelsee are both Sterling natives and are so excited to be back and serving the community they grew up in! Sterling has been and always will be their home. They have three beautiful children, Albey, Evelyn, and Emmett. In his spare time Colin enjoys spending time with his family and camping. His hobbies include Marvel superhero comics and bowling. He enjoys a good laugh and is always looking for a chance to tell a joke or prank someone around the office. He is our office clown and always keeps everyone smiling.

Hello! My name is Chelsi Hastings. I am one of the Dental Hygienist here at Sterling Dental. I have been here for 7 years. I am originally from Brush, Colorado – right down the road! Aside from Dental Hygiene I am taking classes for myofunctional therapy, something I can implement here in the office! It is like physical therapy for the muscles of the face and mouth! Outside of Dental I am a wife of 5 years to my husband James and a mom to two beautiful daughters. In my free time I am also a dance instructor at Candy’s Dance Academy in Brush and fort Morgan!

Hi, my name is Shawna. I am a registered Dental Hygienist here at Sterling Dental. I have been in the dental industry for 22 years, of which the last 15 have been practicing dental hygiene. I enjoy working with people, helping them with their oral health and most of all building relationships with patients and coworkers. I am Sidney, Nebraska native, and am still living there with my husband and one amazing, spunky, ambitious eight-year-old daughter and two pit bulls. When not at work I stay busy going to sporting events for my daughter. You can also find me outdoors with the horses, dogs, cats, 4-wheeling, camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Hi! My name is Chelsee and I am a Sterling Colorado native. While I am relatively new to working in the office I have been in the dental world since my husband Dr. Windom started school. My role is business administrator which means I make sure the needs of the practice and the team are met so we can provide you with the best possible patient experience. My role also includes handling insurance and finances. I am blessed to be able to work with the most amazing team here at Sterling Dental! My husband and I are high school sweethearts and we have three beautiful kiddos. I am grateful I get the opportunity to homeschool our children. We love being back in our hometown and being close to family. We also enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time outdoors. I am artistic and enjoy doing anything creative, including home projects, but most of all I love spending time with my family.

Hi! I'm Courtney! I'm most likely the first voice you hear when you call, and the first and last person you see when visiting our office. As a receptionist here at Windom Family Dentistry, I am hard working and committed to making your experience with us a pleasant one. I am a Colorado native as I was born and raised in Akron, Co. I moved to Sterling in 2014 where I met my amazing husband Clayton and we started our family. We have two kids, Isaac (12) and Emberlynn (2). I love to read and listen to music. I enjoy a tidy area and a good laugh!
Get to Know Us
Dr. Windom purchased the practice from Sterling Dental in June of 2023 and has been running the practice along with is wife Chelsee. It was always a dream of theirs to move back to their hometown and manage a dental practice providing dental care for the community in the town that they both grew up in.
